FUNCTIONS AND TASKS OF PHU YEN PROVINCE FARMERS' ASSOCIATION

I. Functions
Specialized agencies of the Farmers' Association at the provincial and district levels have the function of advising and assisting the Executive Committee, directly and regularly the Standing Committee of the Farmers' Association at the same level, in leading and directing the work of the Association; at the same time, they are specialized and professional agencies on the work of the Association according to the Charter of the Vietnam Farmers' Association and relevant regulations of the Party and the State.
II. Tasks
Advising and assisting the Standing Committee and Executive Committee of the Farmers' Association at the same level in performing the following tasks:
- Deploying and organizing the implementation of tasks according to the provisions of the Charter of the Vietnam Farmers' Association; policies, resolutions, coordination programs, work plans of the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Farmers' Association at the same level and the farmers' movement according to the requirements and political tasks of the locality and the direction of the superior association organization; participating in building a clean and strong Party and government; participating in social supervision and criticism according to regulations.
- Develop and organize the implementation of inspection and supervision programs according to the Charter of the Vietnam Farmers' Union and relevant Party regulations and State laws.
- Guide the implementation of the Charter of the Vietnam Farmers' Union and legal documents according to the assignment and decentralization.
- Summarize and conclude the work of the Association and the farmers' movement according to the assignment and decentralization.
- Manage, operate, and ensure the operating conditions of the agency; build a team of cadres, civil servants and workers with political qualities , ethics, qualifications, capacity and working skills; build a strong agency and unit. Propose regimes and policies related to the rights and interests of cadres, civil servants and workers in the agency specializing in the work of the Farmers' Union.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Standing Committee and Executive Committee of the Farmers' Union at the same level.
